The only issue I had was that gift cards were not working on Arby's machines. I had to swipe the cards 8 times and then try another register before finally getting a new one to work. The food is always delicious and fresh, but their payment system is terrible. No matter what method of payment I try to use, the staff acknowledges that it is a well-known issue. I only go there when I have cash on hand. The staff is very friendly.
Very appreciate the management in this place. Great service with a friendly arrangement and suggestions to help customers save money. I'm always happy with Arby's food and if they have specialties, it's a much better value than standard prices. This special visit was impressed by the way the assistant manager with some customer challenges, and very professional.
