Texas Roadhouse - West Bountiful

I came out with my friend for a nice night. the server at the bar was sure nice. every single thing I ordered, including beverage entrées and all sides were not correct. we both came to the conclusion that he just didn't listen to what I wanted. they brought me the wrong steak. they brought me to the wrong side. every single thing I ordered, I had to ask twice. instead of asking how they could make it right they seem like it was routine and I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food while my date ended them. If I could give zero stars, I would definitely do that. that was the worst service I have ever received in my whole life. I'm not coming back. only a small idea that management can want to consider this when this happens and possibly try to repeat customers.

There would really be 4.5 we got a gift card so we could check it. within 5 minutes the manager came with a record of rehearsals because he heard that it was our first time! we really enjoyed the sides and appetizers. that is the only reason that this is not a five star review. but it was still fair, we will certainly eat the rest (as much eating there was a slight delay in taking part of the meal to us, and a second manager came by to apologize and offered to pay attention. exceptional service at any front! we would go back, only for the culture of the staff.

Was good before pandemic. I can’t get a booth in the area I like w/o discussions. I’d like to eat at meal time, not work. Chops I got missing peppercorn sauce. cheese inst. One of the two was old.

Amazing service and food! We were acknowledged and seated, almost immediately. The service was great! The waitresses kept checking on us. This is how a restaurant should be! The food was amazing! This is even on a busy weekend. Kudos to you!

Food is good, but usually has a little too much salt. Particularly on the baked potato, but I brush what I can off. I order takeout everytime. The staff is very nice and helpful. My last several orders have been messed up, so my advice is to check your order before you walk away. Otherwise, highly recommend.
