On April 18, 2022 at 8:58, I visited McDonald's and ordered plain double cheeseburgers with extra pickles and cheese, specifically requesting no condiments. Unfortunately, I received a receipt indicating that my order was only for pickles and American cheese. Despite this discrepancy, I decided to proceed with my order. Always fast and friendly. Kinda difficult to get in driveway if there's a bunch of traffic, but worth it. Drive through and lobby both open.
Slow service and unfortunately The drive-through was packed and moving very slow. Same McDonald's as usual just not not staffed appropriately for the volume that is at this current location. A location like this is perfect they just need the team to work on the outside of the location as well. Very dirty with trash all over the parking lot . Tons and tons of upside the ceiling is limitless for this location if they can just get it together.
This McDonald's picks and chooses when to have their lobby open when it says they close @12am for someone that can't drive this is ridiculous it's a different time every day... few days ago it was 4pm when the doors were locked. If they are going to be changing the hours because they feel like it or don't wanna deal with customers inside they need to find a different job this isn't right and even when you do go in the drive thru 90% of your order is always wrong.. this McDonald's needs a serious professional help... If I could give this zero stars I would.. and the corporate number they give is not the right one it's a disconnected number so they refuse to allow people to call their higher management.. they also tell you to shut up and let them talk and is super DISRESPECTFUL.. if the CEO or whoever owns this one sees this do better like come on baby hats not how a business should be ran I'm very disappointed in this location no other locations treat their customers with disrespect
11:30 pm. Slow service. Fries were barely warm and were soggy. Maybe suffering from lack of staffing like everyone else in the area.
