What Douglas Wright doesn't like about The Jagged Fork:
I ordered 3 eggs with the meal. All over easy. That means liquid yolk. All three eggs were so overcooked that my yolks were round bricks. It was so bad I had to make my own eggs for the meal. This is not the first time they overcooked the eggs. They need to teach their cooks how to make eggs. View all feedback.
My food arrived promptly, which was a good sign. However, the hash browns tasted like they had absorbed the flavors of all the previous sandwiches. The omelet had the right ingredients but the eggs were overcooked and the cheese barely melted. The toast was burnt, and to make matters worse, there were fruit flies around. I will not be returning, I'm sorry to say.

My daughter and grandson visited Jagged Edge in WB for breakfast. My daughter ordered a full breakfast for under $12, but when she ordered oatmeal for my grandson, they charged $12. When she questioned the price, the server was rude and the manager was also rude when she asked to speak with him. The manager was speaking disrespectfully to another customer. This lack of professional customer service was unacceptable. We expect for this situation to be corrected, and if my daughter comes in with her party of 10 in the future, we hope to receive a refund for the overpriced oatmeal. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as customers and will be sharing our negative experience with friends, family, and clients. This includes the rudeness displayed by both the manager and server.
This is definitely one of my favorite breakfast/brunch restaurants, I have tried multiple dishes and all of them were great but I must say that my favorite one is huevos rancheros , a Mexican dish that they do very well and also the service is very good, you get your dishes in less than ten minutes after putting the order.
If I could give a negative 10, I would. The DISRESPECT, To serve someone horrible burnt food that they wouldn't give their dog is beyond me. I had the cornbeef and potatoes skillet. Potatoes were so hard n burnt mixed with cheese I couldn't even pick up the potatoes up from the container. I was at work, lost money, time, and my patience. TRASH WASTE OF MONEY. PLEOPLE LIKE THIS NEED TO BE BAND FROM FOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE A DANGER TO OUR COMMUNITY. 7/26/23 9:01 am check the cook.?
