Chick-fil-a - WEST BERLIN

The chicken sandwich was excellent, as always. I tried a milkshake for the first time in a while, and the whipped cream made it really delicious. I stopped by Wawa on the way and got a plastic straw to enjoy the milkshake.

This brand of fast food is my favorite among similar restaurants. My family and I cherish the wonderful memories we've made and the exceptional customer service we've received. The brand's quality is consistently reliable across various locations. However, during my visits to several of their outlets, I’ve noticed that the chicken nuggets do not match up with what I've gotten at other locations. It may seem like a small issue, but I’ve frequently received portions of nuggets that are as small as my fingernail. I've voiced my concerns and made suggestions, but nothing has changed so far. To avoid this problem, I now go to Marlon, Voorhees, Deptford, Moorestown, and other places, as I refuse to pay for tiny pieces for my children. I believe there should be consistency in portion sizes, and I don’t understand why the West Berlin location has smaller nuggets at the same price. I truly appreciate my local business and want to support it more, but this issue needs to be addressed. Thank you once again for striving to provide exceptional service.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I rarely visit Chick-fil-A because the lines are always excessively long. I decided to place an order through the app at 9 PM, and it stated they would be open until 9:30 PM. When I arrived at 9:15 PM, I found out they were closed. I showed the manager the confirmation on my phone, but he didn’t seem to care or make an effort to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable!

I couldn't understand why they were always so busy. I tried it once, and now I know it, really good huh.

Accuracy of order. Specifically ordered what sauces I needed and quantity. Receipt shows the breakdown but whoever bagged the order completely botched it up. Either missing certain sauces or the wrong amount. An order for 5 people costing $50, I expect to get what I ordered. This is not the first time this restaurant screwed up an order.
