What Viet NY likes about Lidl:
This is like a baby Costco. I like the fresh bakery goods. Prices are decent but not very competitive. Cesar chicken salad premade is 6.99. Costco 3.99.Parking is ample. Easy to access only on Northside of Sunrise Hwy.Update 3/5/20The bakery here makes excellent fresh baguettes and country style breads. They sell so much you will always find warm ones on the shelves. Great store...great deals! Unfortunately that was written 3 years ago!Now, everytime I shop at Lidl their posted specials on meat or other items do not come up as ADVERTISED at check out! It happens EVERY TIME I go there. And yes, I scan their dopey app at the register but it doesn't matter.This Bait and Switch tactic is no oversight as it HAPPENS EVERY FREAKING TIME! read moreFirst time shopping here and the fruits and vegetables was fresh and the price was very good.
Have five checkout lines, only two open, long lines. This store is good only for emergency shopping. Other than that, it’s a waste of time!!
