I was welcomed warmly and found the most comfortable spot in the restaurant. The specials today were just $8! I ordered the Jr. steak entree for $17, and the clam chowder was delicious, featuring large chunks of clams. I’ll update my review after trying the steak, but so far, it’s been an incredible experience. Update: The filet for $17 is truly amazing! View all feedback.
Decided to try this fine dining establishment on a whim, passed by a lot but hard to see pass the many smoke windows surrounding this place. We didn't have a reservation but was able to be seated. We enjoyed our experience and the food was delicious. Not only did we get a complete meal but the prices seemed reasonable. The service was very attentive and the little torch was a nice touch. It is handicap accessible and parking wasn't to bad. I could go on, maybe there will be a second visit soon. Also if wanted, there is a small sports bar.
The place has a really nice ambiance. They have an outdoor seating but we chose to seat inside but the outdoor seating of them looks nice too. The waiter was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. It is my first time but my friends already visited this place and I let them chose what’s the best the restaurant can offer. We waited but not too long just fine enough. The food they ordered looks great and the presentation of it all I lovely. They ordered a lot and we shared on it. Everything was good and has an amazing flavor. My favorite would definitely be the grilled pork belly and salmon avocado maki the grilled pork belly is tender and flavorful. The salmon avocado maki is super fresh and it was delicious. We had ice cream for desserts and it kind of melted when we eat it but nonetheless it was still goo and has a perfect amount of sweetness. The food is great. Service is great too. Prices are expensive but in exchange of a wonderful dinner with friends or family it is definitely going to be worth it.
If you are looking for Prime Rib at a great price, then look no further. Just make sure to get a reservation before they run out! Not only is the food top quality, but the staff is kind and memorable to boot. They remember us still 2 years after the covid lockdown, and having been away all this time. Wonder people, wonderful food, wonderful all around! 15/10! If I could give this place more stars, I would.
Kim's Review. As owner of this restaurant, I am always in the reading of everything except positive reviews or those who have valid critisim dissapointed. I have to deal with some of your comments. First I'm sorry your dinner didn't meet your expectations, we appreciate every guest and want to satisfy them in every area. We have been doing this for over 30 years and have received 90% positive reviews on most pages that allow feedback, as well as 3 1/2 stars from the Milwaukee Journal 's food critic over 4 times in these 30 years. The baked potatoes are sent uncut into the dining room to get warmth. Spots that occur at certain times are due to the growing season and climate (rains). We always replace anyone who wants another, most people who have seen this at home or outside eating know they can cut out the place and the rest of the potato is just good. As the skin, some enjoy it slurries and all some do not. There is no bleaching free baked potato. As for your briefcase, I have no reason why yours would have cost as you describe. We season every steak before it is grilled and use only USDA Choice meat. I just wish you had sent him back if you had stained the potato so that we could have replaced it and recognized the problem. Sometimes a provider can unpack a tender as a choice if it should be in an idling or less class box. We certainly have no control over a trader mispack error, unless we have constituent complaints and call on the seller. I can say that we did not have such a problem at the night of your visit, nor at any time. Your man's steak with crusty black on it was from our cooking process, his called Char some people ask heavy Char and some not Char (then we bake the steak). I'm sorry that you didn't know this because your server had expainted and asked your preferences, we will post this in the kitchen for our servers, so new guests understand our barbecue processes. I assure you it was not a dirty grill, as it brushed steel constant while it is used. I know my answer will probably not be back you patronage, but wanted to respond to your comments and understand that we care and want to know from all parts of the cartridges visits, good and not so good. Only then can we improve or correct situations that need to address. Best regards and hope that your future culinary visits, wherever they are, are happy, pleasant and fulfill your expectations. Enjoyed a Friday night meal with my husband and 89 year old father. We we arrived early without reservations and were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and anticipated our needs before we asked which is a gift! We ordered cocktails which came promptly and were made as ordered my 89 year old father is a Karen he can get triggered if not made as requested). We ordered eggplant as a appetizer. We had a Cid fish fry and 2 baked cod dinners. The cod dinner came with soup or salad we had 1 of each. The salad was fresh and a great size. The soup was French onion and was very good. All 3 dinners were without any flaws. We especially enjoyed baked cod many places overcook this dish. My only recommendation would be to update your menu some. I feel you could subtract some items that just don't reflect the essence of a steak house. I also think the choice in music was interesting listening to commercials is disruptive if one's really a music person as I am. These things are just my opinion
