What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Been here many times, Use drive thru or walk in. Drive through service not too bad but the in store service is painfully slow. Too bad it is the only one in town. I think the owners need to train the staff better or hire better staff. They move very slow. View all feedback.
The staff are friendly and the food and drink are decent enough when you get them. Easily standing in line upwards of 20+ mins. There are 'double line-ups" both in and outside the Tim Hortons and this causes so much traffic congestion. Waiting to be served is like the wild west, staff has stated it's first come first serve but the public ignores this. People who have been waiting in line for 10-20 mins for a coffee have others in the second line get service over and over , regardless of how long they've been waiting there for. Locals have complained, reviews are bad, and the local paper has an article of how the public doesn't take turns. This has been brought to the attention staff and management, no one cares. Staff has stated they aren't allowed to make signs to help with this obvious problem, but they are supposed to direct traffic. which they do not, it's like the staff are afraid of the confrontation, and leave it for the public.

Consistent hot and strong dark roasts, only one of the staff could use a personality transplant. One drive thru female, doesnt listen, doesnt give you what you ask for and doesnt answer you when you remind them double cup just closed the Window.Glad you jave better things to do like chat to the other staff inside about your weekend instead of our order, glad we can pay your wages.
The drive in is a bit awkward to get into but the cofee and breakfast sandwich was worth the struggle , I drive a big pick up if I had my car there would not be a problem
