I requested for my delivery to be handed to me, but instead it was left on my front porch in 30-degree weather without even a knock on the door. I called 35 minutes later after being notified that my order was out for delivery, and was told that they just set it outside with deliveries. What's the point of giving the option for hand delivery if they don't actually follow through? And why not at least knock on the doo... View all feedback.
