My family has been ordering food from Wings for over 30 yrs. This year on Christmas eve, I waited 90 minutes for my order, which was placed the day before, for 6pm pickup. The lobby area is not heated so it was a cold time sitting on broken chairs, finally I went to my car to warm up. The food was at best, mediocre. A lot of dished looked like they were slopped together. I spent over $200 there but I won't be coming back.Followup review, we decided to try it one more time. It was as bad or worse.Definitely spending out hard earned dollars elsewhere.

What has happened??? We have been ordering food from Wing's for years, but our recent experiences, especially last night's, will have us finding somewhere else for our Chinese food.Our Hot Sour soup was so unpleasantly HOT, neither of us could eat it. And we like spice. The Salt Baked Shrimp and Curry Ho Foon two of our regular dishes were dry and completely lacking flavour. So dramatically different to what we have received before.We had noticed slight changes in the food over the past few months, but last night was so dramatic, we won't be ordering again.Has there been a change in hands? Has new staff/chef been hired? Sad.
