Update. Tim Hortons does not sell it anymore. Love the new chocolate chip banana bread, especially when I buy it freshly baked if I get there at the right time. Goes well with hot chocolate or 2% milk. View all feedback.
What Selvanathan Govindaraj doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Day: December 31st 2023I had to wait for minutes though the place is super empty. They were just chit chatting with other employees. And showing attitude because I’m brown?I was waiting at the counter these people just talking random things. You all brown why there is discrimination and where is the customer service skills ? Just came thru the drive for a quick snack. No dutchies so we asked for Tim bits and they had no Tim bits!
Ordered bagel with cream cheese, then apply cheese like
Since I 'm just visiting Canada, this was my first time visiting a Tim Horton 's. Not a great first impression. First, they don 't have Chai Lattes which is my go-to drink (I 'm not a coffee drinker). Instead, I decided to order a bacon breakfast sandwich. When she took the order, once I tapped my credit card to pay she just leaves. No thank you, didn 't offer me a receipt, didn 't ask for my name, nothing. It was very strange. I thought Canadians were friendly. I then sat down and about 20 minutes go by. Nothing. No one called out bacon breakfast sandwich , no one came by (I was sitting six feet, err sorry Canadians, 1.8 meters) away from the counter. Unfortunately, I had to run to a meeting and didn 't have time to stand in line again, so I just left. Next time I 'll find a Starbucks.

I waited, no exaggeration, 11 min in line before leaving with nothing. All I wanted was a donut. There was me, first in line, and a lady behind me. There must have been 8-10 employees running around frantically, all surviving the drive through. I probably could have walked home, grabbed my car, went through the drive through and been served quicker.
