Horrible experience with ordering on the appt my sandwich was not ready when I walk in the store, after 45 minutes of waiting still not ready I saw customer walking in and ordering there sandwich and leaving. I canceled my order and left. THANK YOU for addressing the issue . I have went back and every thing was great. I change my 1 star to 4 stars View all feedback.

Walked in at 8pm and we were treated like we were their first customer of the day! I wish I had asked her name! Friendly, quick service. Paid attention to our order. Toldus about their loyalty program. Positive attitude. We will be back!
Went there on a Saturday night and everyone behind the counter was so hospitable! I don't even live near this particular location but I would seriously drive back there based on the exceptional customer service alone!
These subs are made just right. Beautiful! Work of art!
