Brio Tuscan Grille Wayne Willowbrook

Service was on the slow side but everything was done well except for glassware. Most food items were excellent but steak was excessively salty.

The grilled asparagus with the salmon fresca was VERY BURNT. I had to scrape the burnt asparagus skin. We waited 10-15 minutes between being seated and placing our drink and entree order. The server did well refilling our drinks. We also did not receive any bread while we waited for the entrees to arrive. The table next to us and other tables received bread. This was far from our best experience at Brio.

Never disappointed with this place. Always a nice experience.

We have been pleased with BRIO restaurants in the past, but this was a disappointment. There were only about a dozen diners in the restaurant during the dinner hour. Even though it was a Monday evening, the mall was busy and I would have expected the restaurant to be the same. The service was slow and the food was mediocre.The stuffed chicken parm was overcooked and didn’t seem to be stuffed at all. The spaghetti carbonara was only fair. The highlight of our meal was a mushroom ravioli dish with a delicious cacio e pepe sauce. Don’t know if we would give this location another try.

First impression, all very friendly. Victoria very friendly and cuts. The food was delicious, good portions, well prepared. Applause for the Chef. We will return.
