Food and service is great! Addison, the girl who took my order, was very friendly and helped with my indecisiveness LOL. give that girl a raise! anyways would come back 10/10

The customer service here is lacking. It isn't every employee but it only takes one to bring down the entire experience for a customer. As a result of the interaction with the coverall wearing girl I will not be patronizing this establishment again. On top of her rude communication I had to wait for the coffe to be brewed. One I tasted it, I had to throw it out because it was like mud and very bitter to the taste. Oh and the coffee grinds weren't good either.

The workers are literally so sweet! I’ve gotten their matcha latte and it’s so good everytime I get it! I love the atmosphere and vibe of the place. It’s very lovely for studying and doing homework. It’ll definitely be a new study/work spot for me!

Lots more options in the store than online. The pesto on the avacado toast is really good. They have tons of tea options. The double Americano is a good amount of caffeine. We ordered a second avacado toast with different toppings and the person that took or order placed one toast with all the toppings. Luckily the chief came out and questioned it, but they didn't offer to make the second toast, refund us for toppings, or charge us for a second toast. The coffee is good, a little bitter, but strong. They have a drive through too. The inside looked like it would be nice to sit in.Vegetarian options: Avacado toast w/pesto was great

Not very welcoming. I have to agree with the other reviewer that changed her mind. I was not welcomed by the female staff… and I was on an interview. They looked at me like I did something wrong. The owner was friendly and said they were straight forward but I never got a follow up. Maybe don’t leave people hanging and say hello when someone greets you…
