Lovely little store with a rich history. Because it's in walking distance, I shop here often to pick up smaller items like snacks, pizza, soda, deli items, etc. The atmosphere is nice, they often have some good music playing, and the employees are all very friendly. Prices are very reasonable for this type of store and certain groceries are often cheaper here than elsewhere. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
What Buddy M doesn't like about Ted Clark's Busy Market:
I truly appreciate what they are doing limiting people in the store during covid. However, no one was counting at the door. I assumed I could enter. An older gentleman working there began screaming at me that I had to wait outside. When I tried to explain and apologize I didn't know he continued yelling at me. View all feedback.
I lived in Waverly a while back and really loved going to this little store. My visit today was really nice. Every employee was smiling and very helpful. I bought their famous kielbasa, breakfast sausage cottage cheese.. I can hardly wait to serve the kielbasa.. The breakfast sausage will be cooked in the AM for Sunday breakfast. Great little family owned business and is rather go here than the big stores to shop. Stars across the board
Best cottage cheese! Ted's is a small locally owned market. The deli case is on the opposite end from the entrance. You order the cottage cheese by the pound. The cottage cheese is creamy and flavorful. No wonder with all the nearby dairies. The meats looked really good too, but we were passing by without adequate refrigeration. Had we more time we would have explored more.
Great little location to stop and grab what you need with a great mat and deli section a real gem in the area to get great cuts of meat for reasonable prices.
It's a decent enough selection for what you might need. But if you need something organic you gotta go to Aldi. The ready made food is better at Sopranos.
