Squires Garden Centre - Waverley

Around the bargain over the garden center crawley. today afternoon for a cup of tea with woman. was ordered by the staff to sit on a table and someone brings us a menu. rude and abrupt, did not even ask if we wanted to eat something. (what not) talked like a three-year-old. they would not visit again and we went out.

Good coffee and cake just a bit rough. the service was also good and enjoyed the visit, but the caffe feels a bit as if it were in the center of a business unit.

The restaurant is well furnished with the table area well arranged. I ordered fish and chips and was very disappointed while the teig was crispy, it had no taste, the chips were tasteless and the fish meat/meat was mega to say the least. The...true is worth

I would like to write a review of our experience of this cafe but unfortunately we couldn’t get through the initial interrogation. We were asked if we had booked and I explained we only wanted a cup of coffee. We were then told there...was a minute wait due to lack of staff!! I pointed out that before the cafe turned into a pseudo restaurant we could line up and get a drink however busy the queue. Squire’s bizarre decision to do away with counter service and replace it with table service requires many more staff surely a decision they have now came to regret. Garden centres are not restaurants!! Please cater for all customers- not just those looking for a meal!
