Literally the slowest taco bell in existence. Ordered online, waited trapped in the drive through for over an hour, only to be told to pull around. My order disappeared from the board conveniently and they had to take a picture of my order from myphone to make it. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it. Been in the drive through 20 minutes, super slow service, understaffed, girl said ?hold on? mid order and disappeared for 5 minutes. Also sat in at the order microphone for 10 minutes before she said hello. However when I got to the window staff wasvery nice.
We're in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Took 15 minutes to get our food. Mexican pizza tortilla was almost burnt. Dirty tables. Not going back here.
Food quality was good, but the quantity is not good at all. Could hardly see the chicken or the beans in their famous bowl (as I used to have it). I enjoyed the meal's but was not happy with the me still hungry.
I did a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru and I sat in line for 25 minutes!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. There were only TWO cars ahead of me. I would?ve just drove away but I was trapped in the lane. When I finally got to the window the worker didn?teven apologize for the insanely long wait. Just handed me my drink and I had to wait another 8 mins for my order. And when I gothome my food was mostly cold. Super disappointed.
