Pat's Rib Place - Waukesha

Love this place. It's such a hole-in-the-wall shot that has a committed episode for a reason! The owner works there whenever I come by and is very personal for every customer. The last time we came by was 5-ish on Friday night and we waited for about 40 minutes for our To-go order, but we didn't ask. It sucks that they are open only 2 days a week, but I think they're smart about how much they can do with their current staff numbers. My favorite sauces are surely the Brown Brown Brown and Special Saucen, definitely giving them a try. The building itself unfortunately lacks business marks for each rental unit, but it is WORTH the search and they currently have a banner to find it. Can't wait to see how they grow their business!

Beef brisket is the best ever and her fried catfish is so good with her spices...no sauce required! They treat you like an estimated family...

Authentic BBQ, absolutely delicious! Last night I had lubricated the ribs in Alicia's special Bbq sauce, with one side fried green beans! The music is great too! Dave.

More expensive than I had anticipated. But over all it was good, the sauces and the sweet corn bites were exceptionally awesome! The meat was less flavorfull than I had hoped but otherwise it was a great experience. And the food came out so quick!
