Fantastic coffee and the best Boston cream glazed blueberry donuts in town! This spot is always a great stop for me on my bus rides to and from downtown. The staff is wonderful—no complaints at all. The only area that could use some attention is the upstairs lounge; it could benefit from having the tables, seating, and floors cleaned and disinfected regularly, ideally at least once an hour. I used to visit this place every day, but now I consider it disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee, and it was mostly cream—about 90 percent. When I asked for it to be remade, they did so with no sugar or flavor at all. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. They really need to make some serious changes or consider closing down. By far my favorite Dunkin in Waukegan. They definitely come in clutch when I?m running late and need a bite to eat before work. My orders have always been correct, unlike a couple of other Dunkins I?ve visited.

This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' in Waukegan. They really come through when I'm running late and need a quick bite before work. My orders have always been accurate, which isn’t the case at some other Dunkin' locations I’ve tried.
Quick service!!! I can't fully convey just how delightful the baristas are!!! The food is fresh!!! The drinks are too!!!
So rude the manager Allan I believe doesn’t do his job correct there is a couple girls working there and always saying they don’t have this or that the manager is always talking to the girls working there and doesn’t hurry up with orders I usually go there Saturdays and Sunday’s and the manager is working with some girls always talking and less working won’t be coming back .
