Buffalo Wild Wings - Waukegan

For the majority of my meal there was only one waitress who worked the entire floor. There were so many tables and she did such an amazing job! Win her a huge tip and was happy to do it. Good came out quickly and was great!

Let's be honest with us. We don't come here if we try to go on a whim and explore something new. The wings are always the same... good, not the best. But his quick service and thought to provoke employees that smile on my face at the end of the night. Definitely not sharing IPA with friends

My husband and I were recently in Waukegan, in a nearby hotel for the navy division of our son. We decided to visit this site Buffalo Wild Wings, and we're glad we made it. I have to make a call on our server Mo (I hope I spell her name correctly). She was enthusiastic, friendly and super sweet. If you're in the area, I would recommend this restaurant. And maybe you'll be happy enough to get Mo like your server!

Eating was on the spot! Customer service was great. We sat fast and our waitress served us very well. I hope you'll come to a deal with the casino.

Made an online order for takeout and the order was done incorrectly. However once I spoke with the manager he quickly resolved the issue and Remade the order. Happy with the customer service provided.
