Dunkin' - Wauconda

I am 3mins from the Island Lake location, but I started driving the extra 5mins to this location instead. Getting my signature lattes done right, my hot foods getting heat up properly is so basic you’d think every dunkin would do it right, but the Island Lake location has that issue. Glad this store keeps it right consistent every time

I had ordered a donut and they gave me hash browns also ordered a coffee hot they gave me iced coffee had to wait for them to make it again this had happened to me several times already the workers there are just too much in a rush of taking their orders and not getting the orders right!!!

New management. I can understand the reviews from over 5 months ago but I do not agree with Yami from 14 days ago. A gentleman started a few months ago and turned this place around. Always prompt, always polite. The old crew is warming up to the same mindset. Bunch of new faces. Food is always right on. He always says, as he he bids me farewell, Have a wonderful day. See you tomorrow. And he is right, he will.5 stars

Bad service. Line was long, missing food from bag. The food we did get was not properly prepared.

This is the 7th time getting food from this location and the order is not correct. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and it came on a croissant. I will no longer be going to this location moving forward. I will recommend the location in Lakemoor, they do a killer job there. Here is the address 209 Rand Rd, Lakemoor, IL 60051.
