What derrick t doesn't like about Grilled Cottage:
Ordered chicken strips X 2 plus rice and mozzarella sticks. They sent 3 tiny mozzarella sticks and a tub of rice mixed with chopped up chicken and a sauce. That would be good if it's what I had ordered. It smelt horrible so I just binned it. £12 spent, had 3 tiny mozzarella sticks. Very dissatisfied. View all feedback.
Excellent food and service. One of the best places around.
Nice decent little chicken takeaway shop. They sell other things like cheese and beef burgers as well. I got the lemon and herb grilled chicken wrap which was very good. Chicken nice and tender and good spice levels. A little on the pricey side though.
The food arrived promptly and was served hot, while the drink was served cold as it should be. The meal was good value for money, and I would recommend trying the grilled chicken burger meal with a mild spice level. The piri piri chips are also a tasty option to accompany your meal, instead of plain chips.
This restaurant is hands down the best place for chicken in the area. The sauce is top notch, the chicken is cooked perfectly, everything is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They definitely deserve some praise. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be one.
The new grilled chicken wings are tasty. The chocolate cake is outstanding, and the staff is very welcoming and kind.
