Rosati's Of Watertown

This is the worst deep dish pizza I have ever had. The crust was tough and burned on all the edges. It didn't taste like pizza dough at all, just like tomatoes. It seemed like they poured a giant can of uncooked tomatoes on top of the whole pizza. I had to search for any ingredients, especially the cheese. The menu promised loads of cheese, but it was hard to find and tasteless. I had a bad experience with their pizza when they first opened, but gave them another chance after a few years. Never again.

The service was poor, the pizza was overcooked, and the appetizers tasted like they were fried in old cooking oil.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! However, the wait staff is terrible. It took 20 minutes before we received our drinks and they were not very welcoming. To make matters worse, we had the same waitress both times we visited.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was fantastic! The pizza was delicious and our server was extremely attentive. We definitely plan on returning, especially if we can have Lulu as our server again. Thank you!

This restaurant is definitely top-notch. The pasta was excellent and the appetizer was served hot and fresh. We regret not trying it sooner. We will definitely be back!
