Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant Twice the Deal offers affordable and tasty pizza, with loyal customers praising their consistent quality. However, some diners have reported issues with pricing discrepancies, late deliveries, and rude customer service. While some locations have been known for excellent food and friendly staff, others have faced criticism for disorganized operations and unprofessional behavior. Overall, Twice the Deal seems to be hit or miss depending on the specific location visited. For those seeking a quick and delicious meal, it may be worth the risk, but proceed with caution based on past customer experiences.
- Not well organized - Needs a lot of work to be more attractive to customers - the staff could be more friendly - Pizza was OK. Definitely better than City Pizza near Staples.
A dirty store is an indication of lack of care of what your customers think. While we may not eat off your windows or floors, have enough common sense to keep a food joint looking like it's respectable and clean your surfaces. Food was fine but I wondered how clean the prep area was given the filth everywhere else, sorry.
We have ordered from Twice the deal on Laurelwood for years! We love it! It's cheap and delish. We always pick up as you get a WAY better deal that way. We have tried other places and always regretted it. Thank you Twice The Deal for making swimming nights fast, easy and yummy!!
All I wanted was the XL 16 " pepperoni pizza which is advertised for $7.99 pick up only. I called it in and was told 20 minutes. When I got there I still had to wait 5 minutes, not a big deal. However there is not one chair in the small waiting area, which makes waiting awkward. The cost of the pizza came to $9.05. I gave the young man $20 bill and a nickel. He gave me back a $10 bill. As he began to walk away I corrected him, saying my change was $11, not $10. He promptly went into the till to get me a loonie. Now, I want to give this family run business the benefit of the doubt, but with a large, cheap pick up special, this must be a hot selling item. Are they not used to giving change from a $20 ? I would think the exact amount would be burned into their memory since this transaction must take place several times a day.... So my advice to you is watch your change. I did find the staff a bit rude, and I feel uncomfortable using credit/debit in places that I feel could be questionable. Aside from that, the pizza tasted pretty good for the price. I especially liked the sauce.
We ordered from this place, it took over an hour to arrive, our pizzas were made wrong, and we only received half of our order. When we called the store the owner, was extremely rude to me and threatened to press charges when I said I would not pay full price.
