I drove to the coast and had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Defiant really stood out and exceeded the usual diner fare; every dish was simply delicious, and I savored every bite! First timer today. People have been telling us about it for quite awhile. Best hot beef I've had in a long time. The salad dressings are wonderful and homemade nothing like bottomless salad. Will definitely be going back for supper some evening. Our waitress was just wonderful thank you very much.
Amazing staff and service. we had a large group of 60 and the food came fast and was great. thank you for making a hard day a little more relaxed

One of our favorite places to eat! Wonderful food, great service and atmosphere. Their broasted chicken is the BEST. Definitely worth the trip to dine there!
What a perfect place to eat and enjoy good conversations with staff and all the regulars. And when we got sat down, I noticed all the old lady's that were there, and rite then I knew we were in the right place!!!
