We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We were told to wait 3 minutes for our order, but it ended up taking much longer. We spent over $20 on 3 meals... read more We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We were told to wait 3 minutes for our order, but it ended up taking much longer. We spent over $20 on 3 meals and 4 drinks, only to receive cold fries and the wrong food. We waited a total of 15 minutes in the drive-thru for our order to be completely wrong. The food we did receive was lukewarm and not what we had ordered. When I called to complain, they offered 3 free combos but refused to give a refund. I will be contacting the company to address this issue. My children are hungry and disappointed, and our experience was a total disaster.
