Nara Mediterranean Cuisine - Waterdown

This is a difficult review to write. The customer service and food quality were both rated 4 out of 5 and 5 out of 5 respectively. However, I do not believe that the price justifies what you receive. I made the mistake of not checking other reviews before ordering. Other restaurants offering similar mixed grills are priced lower and have more generous portions of meat. The taste is also comparable, which is why I am disappointed with my experience. I wish this place all the best, but based on what I received and what I paid, I will not be ordering from here again.

This restaurant is a true gem. Located in the heart of Waterdown, it stands out among the many chain restaurants in the area. The mother and daughter who run the place serve delicious and flavorful meals. I requested a traditional dish not on the menu, and they surprised me with a beautifully presented and generous fattoush and shawarma salad. It was absolutely incredible. Don't miss out on trying this place!

For my husband's birthday tonight, I ordered the Souvlaki platter for two with rice and fattoush salad. It was absolutely delicious! The portion size was perfect for two people and it was prepared very quickly. I would definitely order it again in the future. We didn't take any pictures because we devoured it so quickly! :D

Great great food from the fried cheese (omg soooo good), shawarma plate, fatoush, and falafel wrap.Order a large container of the garlic sauce. It is sooo good and you'll want a lot of it!

I have been meaning to write a review of this place for some time now. I was craving a falafel sandwich and called them up to order one. I have to say, it is my favourite. I always ask for some hot sauce to be added in and it definitely hits the spot! I love that it is family owned and operated. They have always been so wonderful to deal with. It's a must try for sure!
