If you are longing for a home style soul food, that is the place to go. The potato salad is phenomenal and the wings. The Chopped BBQ had a little more vinegar than I was used, but everything else was on the point. While we waited for it, the cook bought a sample of tuna salad for which one should die. I went when they first opened. I order 2 meals it was disgusting The Mac cheese was nasty the pork chops barely had meat or flavor The greens were watery as ever. This is why u just order what u know is going to be good like Chinese or Spanish food waste of $35 I’ll never forget it View all feedback.
Very delicious soul food. The women at the desk were friendly. I got the fried pork sandwich and pommes and both were cooked for perfection. Come on.

Not to be rude but the quality of the food was not the best. $30 down the drain! The reviews and the rating of this place does not match the quality. If I were you I wouldn’t waste my money. (I’m not from here either, i came from a town which has the most amazing soul food) I’m disappointed and will not eat from here again.
Mama Sue's Kitchen is by far one of the best soul food restaurants I was in. The staff was super, friendly, professional and boy can cook them. All her food is amazing... Definitely a must to visit!
