We all know how good Frankie is, so I don't have to repeat that. But I wanted to praise this special location for their excellent customer service, especially with the Curbside option. Even if it's busy, they get NIE, EVER a setting or let yourself be neglected or dissappointed. What User doesn't like about Frankie's Family:
Ordered food and everything was missing. Burger was missing lettuce and tomato. Didn’t give us any of our condiments for our hotdogs. Missing cole slaw with our platters. French fries are raw. Waited an hour for the food and everything was messed up. Very disappointed. Tried calling and the line just goes busy. View all feedback.

PM 1/20/22. •The young man at the register was so helpful (I think he has a photographic memory). •He helped me with my gluten free order. •The manager was very knowledgeable courteous, too. •Britney helped us; she has great work ethic provided stellar customer service (helped me w/sauerkraut). •Scrumptious food!!•Thank you!!

Everytime I call I get someone picking it up doesn’t say anything and left waiting for 10 mins. Hang up and the phone is busy. When I ask the young woman behind the counter( dirty blonde pony tail) she says yea ik the phone is off the ringer, its busy. You’re a business this is what Frankie’s has done for yrs. Food is great but attitude is horrible, Fire the girl and get staff who wants to work.

(I just wished that the buoyancy situation here was easier, as it is difficult to pull in and out and then wrap around to the fire lane, but again, the customer service makes it out). Skip the Dreck Burger King and come here instead.
