It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue... read more We had a great time on the River Crab on July 4th. The weather was spectacular and we decided to sit outside. It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a calm environment. Our waitress was attentive and met all of our needs. The food was excellent and we hated to go. We will definitely be back and I got the word out about this place. Watching the boats on the water is a huge plus. We hope we can now return to a sailboat ride and lunch which is offered during the week.

Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up yet and asked the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!

This seems li... read more For a large restaurant the noise was minimal. There is enough space between the tables so that you don't have to hear someone else's conversation. This seems like a welcome feature in most Landry restaurants. Their prices are the highest we've seen in most better restaurants, including Landry restaurants. Most of what we paid, including a 20% tip, was $ 100. In Florida we go to your kind of restaurant once a month. Our $ 128 bill at the River Crab limits us to viewing it as a special occasion restaurant only.

We asked for a private room and paid extra and when we arrived there were other people in it eating. they didn’t refund us and it took 40 minutes to get the menu and order then after we ordered our salads came in a 60minute time period. Then we were told that our main course would arrive soon about 20 minutes after the salad we waited twohours and 35 minutes and they just arrived. They did not follow any of our dietary restrictions and we asked for a very smallamount of cheese, and he walked around the family and dumped the whole bowl of cheese onto my pasta. I got food poisoning andwill definitely not come back here. Then the waitress came and told us to move tables mid meal so we all started yelling at herand she quickly ran away stay away from this scam
