Lincoln's Waffle Shop - Washington DC

Decided to explore D.C. so we had to go to the best place for brunch. We were not disappointed. A down to earth little hole in the wall with a lively atmosphere. While I finished mine, my friends had a bit of trouble and that's not a easy thing to do cause those boys can eat. When I come down again I know where I'm going for breakfast

I make it a point to dine here every time I’m in D.C. Typically a waffle, scrapple, two eggs over easy, and a sweet tea. A special atmosphere with a mixture of tourists and locals. Always wonderfully served by the staff. Make Lincoln’s Waffle Shop a must visit when you are in the city.

Good food and AMAZING SERVICE!! This place had a line out the door and we almost left; as busy as they were our server never missed a beat! He was on top of everything the whole time and helped accommodate us with out 1 year old since they didn’t have a highchair for the bar height table but we choose to not wait longer!!! The corn beef hash and Salmon cakes were amazing!

Aside from my waffle, eggs, and sausage being absolutely amazing it was the warmth of the family friendly atmosphere that'll bring us back! My son and I stopped in for breakfast and had the best time watching the owners interact with their costumers and delivery men. Family owned at it's best. Warm smiles, laughter, and great food.... you can't get better than that. We will defiantly return on our next visit to DC!

Great place for breakfast! Waffles, eggs, grits, and sausage were delicious! Fast service and my coffee cup was never empty!
