Came through for lunch and had a line but but moved quickly. Got fresh, hot food and the employees were friendly. BIG complaint is the woman smoking. No way that is sanitary! Not going to low rate them for one person but I bet this happens frequently if they feel comfortable doing this during the lunch rush.
Food was good, service was a little slow. I understand they are understaffed. More lazy people need to get up off of their e and get back to work ! Us working types only get 30 minute lunch breaks. However I can't fault the staff that was on duty during my visit. They dealing with it the best they can.
Today I witnessed something I had started to believe was dead in the fast food industry. I walked into this location to pick up my order and witnessed a manager be proactive about checking in on an elderly customer. When the gentleman mentioned his food was a little cold because he was waiting for his coffee she fixed the issue without batting an eye or waiting for the gentleman to ask for a replacement. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in any fast food establishment in the past 5 years. I’ll be back again based on this instance alone. I hope someone from Wendy’s reads this and commends this young woman for outstanding service. This occurred at store 00009233 on 12/9/2021 at 1:35PM
