The food wasn't very fresh but it was later in the evening. As much as I would love to accept that as a reason for the lower quality food, I can't honestly say it not that acceptable. But I'll give it another try. Not every experience good or bad will lead to a good or bad one the next time. Placed an order in drive through and cashier said they could not swap beans for beef without an up charge. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s and have not been charged to swap beans for beef. Told this to cashier and she said it’s not possible to swap without a charge. Ok.?! Cashier told us our total price. Pulled forward to pay for food and they had cancelled our order. Avoid. This one's soooo slow. Like one guy doing everything slow. Update a day later : Also received minor food poisoning from this location. Avoid.

Went in to make purchase and was able to swap beans for beef without an up charge on the kiosk. Waited inside another 30 minutes for food! Frustrating!!! Poor customer service experience.
Fire em all start over employees are junk it takes so long to get your food . Employees just stand around......
