Service is usually pretty good but can be a little slow, especially when it's busy in the summer. What Maybelle Toy doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
Staff never seem happy. Food is hit and miss. It’s expensive for the quality but your choices are limited in Wasaga Beach. Don’t tell me my food will be ready in 20 minutes if I have to wait 40 minutes. Waited 45 minutes in an empty restaurant. View all feedback.

I took my son out for a lovely Valentine's dinner and our server, Kelly, was incredibly kind and attentive. We were well taken care of and the heart-shaped pizza that we ordered was absolutely delicious. We both enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much BP for the great atmosphere and friendly staff.
I want to thank my friends and the amazing staff at Boston Pizza for making my birthday yesterday an awesome one. The food was delicious as usual and the staff singing happy birthday was excellent. I didn't even mind getting a pie in the face, haha. Have a great day everyone! Cheers!
We stopped for lunch with our group, and the food was excellent overall. However, I was very disappointed by the $10 price tag for a side of home fries with cactus sauce. The portion size was quite small, fitting into a small soup bowl. Additionally, we found the $3 price for a regular coffee to be a bit steep. Be prepared to spend some money at this restaurant!
