Very fast very friendly they make it the way you want it and always seem to get the order right

Worst service I ever get anywhere. The product is only reason I continue to go.If staff goes any slower they will have to become self serve restaurant. 5 people there 1 taking orders and 4 standing around, including drive thru server.Talk about lazy staff, just visit, be sure you are in no hurry

There are many rude individual who complain about the inconvenience of work there. if I could give them zero stars, that would be wonderful! at 16:15 o'clock I went about a coffee and a muffin. I ordered an extra big coffee and a muffin. what I received were a stiel muffin and a medium coffee. Although the coffee was excellent, they did not give my reception! if dunkin' donuts in warschau, new york, opens, I will not come back until the workers command and adjust their settings. if these workers engage in such behavior where I work, I will remove them without hesitation.
