Always eat here when in Warrnambool very good selection of Chinese dishes including fresh prawns and salad,

Went there last Saturday night with my wife, who mind you was very, very hesitant to do so. Well, all I can say is that this "restaurant" needs to be closed immediately and health professionals involved. My wife, who is in hospitality was appalled in the fact the Shire Council had not stepped in thus far. Baine Marie water (to keep the foods warm) was brown (along with the elements), cold storage fridges were running insufficiently (water build up inside), and all dishes were very, very pungent in smell and almost inedible. Staff wore thongs, looked unbathed, and to watch them drink beer out of stubbies at the front counter, whilst sitting at your table (also greasy and unclean) whilst eating this vile is simply repulsive. The list could continue and continue of the filth we visioned. We simply walked out after paying $15.90 per person, as this is a ticking timebomb and someone is going to get very very ill from this establishment. Someone in Authority, walk in, test, and SHUT THIS PROPERTY DOWN NOW!!

Whenever I visit Warrnambool I always try to make time to Eat at Hao Kai Chinese Restaurant. It is an 'All you can Eat' Restaurant. They have so many delicious dishes to choose from. Very good value for the money!! (2 courses to eat).They are friendly and helpful.

Every time l go to Warrnambool l seem to end up at this place at lest one night. l don't know why as the food is only average, but l guess its that 'all you can eat' gets me in. The mussels and soup are nice and of course the ice cream but the Chinese dishes are very average.

We came here as a family of four for a buffet meal. It was very dirty - water jugs had visible dirt around the thread at the top, there were cobwebs everywhere and Danny long leg spiders were in just about every corner you looked at. the Bain marees were dirty and the crockery was sweaty and dirty - looked like it had come out of a dishwasher with the cycle not finished. In our opinion the staff tried to be helpful, but were unprofessional. The food had been in the Bain maree for a long period of time and was dry, rock hard and tasteless. The deserts looked like cheap packaged things which had been reserved and the fruit was old. Save your money and don't eat here. we had the restaurant to ourselves and now understand why.
