Celebrated Christmas with friends tucked away at end of balcony overlooking the lake so we could decorate the table and share the spirit with exchanging presents

This place is great. Service, food, sweets and view all on point the lunches are good value with a main and dessert

Well this was quite a surprise. We have lived in the area for years now and have put off from coming here. Celebrating my wife's birthday for lunch and we received a table outlooking the lake. Service was excellent, decor possibly dating a bit...although the ambience was very relaxing. A great selection of wines and reasonably priced , and the food was excellent. I had the seafood linguine and there was a great selection of prawns, mussels, calamari and crab.

We have been going to dinner at Brown Sugar for many years and have always enjoyed the food and the whole experience. On our last visit the main meals were very disappointing. We had steaks which were awful and we left most of them. They...weren't cooked the way we had requested. The service was good and the rest of the meal was enjoyable. We won't be returning to Brown Sugar restaurant.

Went with a group of for a birthday celebration, could not fault a single thing, from the moment we arrived the service was wonderful, the food choices plenty and it was delivered all at the same time. Generous sized meals and very tasty. Dessert...choices were amazing. The pricing was very reasonable, we will definitely be back, besides the view is spectacular over the lake as well
