The Hardwick Arms - Walsall

13 booked for boxing day lunch, we were given no more than 10, fortunately there were only 11 of us so that my son in the law sat at a round table at the end, no high chairs, although we had one with our reservation, the staff really tried to solve the problem, they found us one with a broken belt, we were more than happy with this, we had to just watch the baby was very careful I would like to ask my daughter to book us for mothers.

I had a supersonnene lunch last night. the truthahn was fab and the trio the roast looked amazing. warm and cozy atmosphere. certainly would recommend.

We have always enjoyed dining at The Hardwick, the staff are friendly and attentive. I ordered a sirloin steak today, but it was unfortunately very tough and I couldn't eat it. When asked about our meals, I mentioned the steak issue. The manager, Nikki, promptly came over and offered to replace the steak with a rump. I accepted and within five minutes, a delicious rump steak arrived at our table. Thank you Nikki for the excellent customer service. She also offered us another drink or a dessert. Thank you Nikki!

We had a delightful beef rib Sunday dinner today, it was so delicious and the service was quick. Thank you to Nicky and the wonderful team, this was our first meal at the restaurant but it certainly won't be our last!

I visited this restaurant for a family meal right before Christmas with my friend and her family. We had to wait a bit for our table when we arrived, but the staff was very apologetic about it. The food, when we finally got it, was delicious, typical pub fare. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the pub was wonderful.
