McDonald's - Wallsend

I ordered 4 hash browns from drive through today and they were cold, soggy and undercooked. Tasted like they had been cooked yesterday Very poor quality and extremely expensive for what they are

I ordered Uber eats and It took for ever to get it was cold and they left half the order behind it took me 30 minutes to get them to answer phone at which time the McDonald’s I did get was cold and was told there was nothing they could do bad customer service was told I could pick up free drinks next time something is not free if you have paid for it and not received it giggles when they told me sorry bags is still here sealed and waiting like I should come and get it I paid for a service I did not receive and was so disappointed in the follow up poor poor poor ... This is beyond a joke I ordered Uber again tonight I thought I’d give you a second chance tonight I got the drinks and no food driver said no it’s all there by the time I checked he was gone called you guys again was told it’s Uber eats fault and just get a refund . What is wrong with your customer service do you have that many customers you don’t give a damn I order for the convenience of not having to leave home after a hard days work. It is your responsibility to make sure order is ready and right to be delivered I really n a small business and have done for 27 years if I treated my clients the way yo7 have I would be broke never again

McDonalds as everywhere. You get what you want and know. Perhaps good quality in McCafe-sweeties. Clean. Nice outside sitting wirhflated lampshades. Fast WLAN. Enjoy!

I understand this is a fast food outlet but standards truly need to be a little higher, my husband and I were passing through we used the amenities and my first issue is the toilet stall I’m a plus sized woman and could barely sit on the toilet seat, on the left the toilet roll was so close to the toilet and then the sanitary disposer unit to the other allowing little to no room to sit. My second issue was the service a lack of it we stood and waited to to be served for atleast 10 minutes while the crew member near the auto ordering was in deep conversation with someone she knew so we proceeded to approach the counter to were 3 team members were in full conversation we then decided to leave

Went through drive through for lunch on sunday i got a filet of fish and a big mac meal and drove from the drive through to the car park.i found the fish burger cold and the big mac just warm i wasted my money, even my dog wouldn't eat them. wallsend macdonalds has lost another customer and i am aware of at least a dosen people that will not go back.
