Great dining experience as always at Walloon Lake Inn! We dined with another couple and all four of us ordered something different. Each dish was delicious! We ordered truffle fries, calamari, beet salad, fish, pasta and two different steaks. Everyone was satisfied with their choices. Dessert was also great. Crème brûlée and turtle cheesecake are a must. What G Bates doesn't like about Walloon Lake Inn:
Our server Jodi was great. They oversat her but she worked hard to catch up. They sat us near the kitchen which I ordinarily works not mind. In this case the floor was bouncy and it table moved according every time the wait staff came through. Notexactly the experience I expected at a $50a plate restaurant. As usual was a great experience. The 3 for $60 is a fantastic deal (from 4 to 5 PM only).
Truly a special place. Food is delectable and service top notch. Loved the apple salad and short ribs. Can’t wait to return!
The braised short rib was delicious as well as the Seafood risotto. The food came out incredibly fast. Definitely recommend for a special occasion.
Wonderful dinner for my wife's birthday. Everything was outstanding!
This restaurant is one of our favorite places to celebrate and make memories. As we celebrated our anniversary that evening, we were not disappointed.
