Dunkin' - Wallingford

This is my favorite Dunkin' in the city. The staff is fantastic, and they always get my order right.

I frequent this Dunkin' quite a bit, and I always find the staff to be friendly. They consistently get my order right, and on the rare occasions when there's a small mistake, they're quick to correct it without any hassle. The drive-thru layout is comfortable, especially compared to many others I've been to, and it has only one window. There's plenty of parking available for those who prefer to go inside. Everything is clean and well-organized.

This Dunkin' is by far the best one around! The customer service is exceptional, and the coffee is consistently good. I might be a bit embarrassed to admit it, but the staff actually remembers me and greets me warmly every time! Today, I arrived late and was feeling a bit exhausted. When the shift leader noticed I'd received the wrong order, he knew exactly what I wanted before I even had the chance to speak up! I really appreciated his quick response, even though I felt bad about the mix-up. Everyone here is so friendly, which is why my friends and I always choose this Dunkin' for our coffee runs!

There's no place to grab a hot drink and a breakfast sandwich. Honestly, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. It makes me think about how many chemicals I'm consuming. Food rating: 3/5.
