Charleys Philly Steaks - Feedback

What Herta Dach likes about Charleys Philly Steaks:
I have been coming here for years. And they have the best Philly Cheesesteaks. My favorite is the jalapeno cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. It's a mouthful but so delicious. I went to get a cheesesteak at the Waldorf, Maryland location on 8/28/20. I order a large cheesesteak combo with just cheese. I notice that the cheese the associate is placing on my s as sandwich is not American cheese rather it Provolone. I question the cashier about the cheese and am told that American cheese is no longer available at Charleys. I'm appalled that they do not tell you that before you order. The cashi...
