I recently discovered a charming little restaurant. Although it felt a bit cramped, I was greeted warmly by some friendly strangers who struck up a conversation as I waited for my meal. My food arrived promptly, served by a lovely blonde waitress who, despite her casual appearance, truly brightened my day. Made to feel welcome soon has we walked through the door. We had a sit down meal. We didn't after wait long the waitress was friendly and our food arrived not long after placing our order. The fish and chips where lovely and reasonable priced for the quality and portions. Also the cups of tea came with tea pot and large mug and extra pot of hot water to top up .highly recommended to visit i dont think you will be disappointed..me and my friends will certainly visit again in the future
This restaurant has changed hands and is now called Captain Fish The fish served here is fantastic. Its the freshest I've tasted. The shop is family run and all very friendly. Very good value
