What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
it shouldn't be 18 minutes for a bagel with egg, cheese and sausage. it's always slow to eat. sometimes they even warn us, it is 20-30 minutes for eating. the restaurant is 1/4 full at this moment so that not an apology View all feedback.
This place is consistent from basic menu items, often has a closed passage without warning, and rarely (if at all) gets our order right. what they have for eating is in order, standard panera fair.
This location has severally gone down hill since Covid. They are highly understaffed, they do not care about the order In which people order food and they put it out, you will wait inside in a very unorganized, messy space For over an hour on your food, the drink and condiment spaces are always empty and trashed, and don't get me started on the coffee. I am so so disappointed that this is the only Panera in our area as it is just terrible.
They skip “big orders” although it was ordered an hour ahead, they skip it for their convenience of just getting the smaller ones done quicker. And still have an attitude. If you have a large order might as well go in order, it’s useless to order in advance
I haven't been to Panera for a long time and it seems like most sandwich places around here don't sell soup (besides Subway...but I'd rather go in person than do pickup). Panera was super quick to deliver to the car and the person delivering it was nice. The food was hot and delicious but my two complaints (which is why I put three stars instead of more) is this: I ordered a Caesar Salad and it didn't even come with the dressing. So I paid like, $7+ for lettuce, a little sprinkle of cheese, and 5 croutons. My other complaint is that I ordered a small size portion of broccoli and cheddar macaroni soup and I legit got like, half of the actual size it should be. I know the inflation is hitting everyone hard but come one...this is just taking money at this point.
I'll never go to this location again; been 5 times to drive thru every time the wait was unexplainable unreasinably long...Im talking 9ver 20 mins! Each time, I thought maybe their just handed today...only to return on a different day to experience the same. My recent last) visit was a 22 min wait when I brought the issue up to the drive thru employee she told me it couldnt be helped because there were too many walk in customers. So in other words, a customer looking for rapid service should walk in rather than go through the drive thru? Ridiculous!My suggestion? Stop making excuses devise a better system to efficiently handle production service. If it isnt working it definetely isnt)...than look for the bottle necks directly address them. The Panera location on Capital blvd has it figured out maybe consult them?
