Ordered a pickup on Friday night for collection at Arrived on time and promptly drove home to Mount Colah about minutes away. By the time I got there the meal was cold, the drink was warm, we suspect that they didn't listen to...our request to have the meal prepared by the requested time and it had been sitting out for some time before we got there. Was super hungry so we reheated the meal and got stuck in to find the brisket tough, pork ribs dry (how anyone could wreck pork ribs is beyond me), mac and cheese watery and the chips soggy. They also forgot to add the potato salad, even had to check their website for what the order contained. Despite our reservations, they assured us that the order was complete. Wasn't until later we realised they'd short changed us for the salad. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will never return again.

WOW!!!! This place was unbelievably s**t and incredibly disappointing!!!! Super pricey for what it is, meals and two cokes was nearly We constantly heard the pinging of the microwave from the kitchen and my meal was still cold,so salty it was inedible, the...chicken was so dry….the cans of Coke were definitely the best part of the meal!!!
