What User likes about Phoenix:
We had dinner at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The food was perfectly seasoned—definitely not too salty. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and not overcooked. The chow fun was cooked to perfection, and the bean curd was boiled just right, crisp on the outside. If we come back to the Hamptons, we will definitely revisit the Phoenix Restaurant. As for the food, the sushi was awful—I've had better from a supermarket. It was definitely not fresh; the avocado was browning, and they smothered it in sauce to mask the terrible taste, which was bland and all the same. The salad was so waterlogged that the dressing was practically diluted. The miso soup was barely warm and tasteless. Overall, a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
