We were on Maui for 7 nights and out of all the restaurants we ate at, this was the best. I would go as far as saying the experience we had here was one of the best I?ve had at any restaurant. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were great, it had a very fun and vibrant atmosphere, and our bartender Christian was top notch. This is a must stop if you are staying in any of the nearby resorts an hotels.
Best cocktails on the island. Amazing food as well. Local flavors with a modern flair. Don?t forget to save room for dessert and get the profiteroles. They?re like heavenly peanut butter chocolate cream puffs
First go... reservations. Very little to no chance during a walk here. We were almost a week for our dinner reservations. Seats in the indoor and outdoor areas are located in the shops of Wailea. Definitely a high end feel here with cutting drinking mixology selections along with very clever topics beverage containers like the spam can be seen in photo. We had shared the Korean chicken with my wife and it was very delicious! The price was a bit high for a chicken entrée but if I wanted cheap chicken, it's easy to find here. In addition, we added garlic noodles, which complicated the chicken well. All a very pleasant experience and great service. We'll be back soon.
A family style restaurant (which they interpret to mean we serve the food when it 's ready , Lineage offers an eclectic set of fusion food that is very good indeed. We can recommend the mashed cucumber starter, the brisket (which they are thinking of making a permanent addition to the menu , and Korean Fried Chicken, which our waiter claimed they were known for and which was indeed wonderful (tasty, succulent, huge! There 's a short, but decent, cocktail, wine and beer list. Service is friendly and competent. Reservations a must. Free parking nearby.
Lineage was recommended to us by one of the bartenders at our resort and it did not disappoint. Everything we had at Lineage was great! We went with a group of 6 people and all the dishes were very shareable family style. The cocktails were unique and worth trying. The chicken skin cocktail sounds super weird but it was actually pretty good. Conveniently located at the Shops of Wailea, there is plenty of parking in a lot. Reservations are highly recommended but not required. We called the night of and got lucky enough to get in. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu can be accessed online and linked via a QR code at the restaurant. You will want to try one of everything! Definitely ask your server for recommendations. There are some dishes I wouldn?t choose on my own, but once we did I loved it.
