Jack In The Box - Wahiawā

I only go to jack on late nights when nothing is open but the service has always been bad. I would get attitude from the person at the window because they got my order wrong and tonight I asked for curly fries and got mostly regular French fries and they were stale like they just threw whatever was on the bottom of the basket into my meal.

Wahiawa location. Drive thru. The person taking orders kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. Ended up getting my order wrong anyways. Pull forward to correct my order and pay the person that took the order was on his phone while the manager standing right next to him. Manager passes the food. And the fries were regular fries when I ordered curly fries. Anywho food was not fresh. Definitely NOT going to this location anymore

Those store os in a neighborhood with lots of stores nearby. I parked in their lot and walked a block away to a vape store. I came back to get lunch and my vehicle had been towed. I was gone maybe 15-30 min and was on my way to be a customer yet they decided that wasn't good enough. I asked the store for help with my car. They rudely told me to call the number on the sign outside, I explained what happened and was again rudely told I should have come inside first. There are no tables inside to eat at, so no reason to park, so I don't know who they are so concerned about saving parking for. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these rude employees and the vulture tow company and just go somewhere else.

Jack in the Box ranks at the bottom of my fast food choices, and I only go there if nothing else is open. The food isn't really worth the price. The tacos are a decent option for the cost, but the last time I ordered them, the lettuce was old, and I had to remove it. I'm not sure why the drive-thru takes so long when other fast food places serve food much faster. The only reason I can think of is that they cook everything fresh, but it certainly doesn't taste fresh.

The employees at Jack in the Box seem to be more focused on the parking lot than on serving food. It struck me as odd to see the entire staff outside until I realized that five vehicles were towed in just ten minutes due to unclear signage. The tow truck drivers were casually enjoying their Jack in the Box meals while waiting. This morning, around five families were towed after parking in a lot that has a prominent sign stating "Parking for Customers on Premises," but it doesn't specify that it's exclusive to Jack in the Box, especially since there are multiple shops in the area (the correct sign is located in a corner on the floor). Unfortunately, two military families with babies were towed after visiting Surfers Coffee, which can take 30 minutes to prepare a hot chocolate, alongside three other groups. The tow truck was making rounds repeatedly, and instead of focusing on the food, the franchise owner seemed more concerned with calling them back. I would not recommend supporting this business.
