A good hotel that is actively developing. We lived in the new wing the room is spacious, freshly renovated, divinely soft and comfortable bed..., high quality sanitary ware, design. So far, there was no air conditioning in the room, but it was neither cold nor hot. And there was no (yet) refrigerator... when they are delivered, the room will be gorgeous. And the elevator was still a little short. And weak wifi (but this is because the new wing of the hotel) Very friendly employees, delicious breakfast (pizzeria on the 1st floor of the hotel), private closed parking lot. Although the windows faced the road, very few cars drive there the road is of local importance. Hotel Hetman a partner of Panorama Hill is a very cozy place, they have joint discounts on services. We booked one room, then the hotel called back and warned that someone was staying there, and we would be accommodated in another and we would have to pay an additional 200 UAH (plus they clarified that the new room would have a refrigerator, which was never there and the room should be better , for which an additional payment was actually made, but it did not turn out that way). Everything would be fine if these numbers were not radically different. As a result, we lived in a mediocre room with burgundy wallpaper, in which cosmetic repairs, or at least new wallpaper, would not interfere. Make conclusions whether this is a sign of quality service. In general, they were satisfied with their vacation, the breakfasts were delicious. Great hotel overall. Beautiful and aesthetic. Quality furniture, sanitary ware, good repair. Everything is done with taste! Friendly staff, really tasty breakfasts. And you need to check whether breakfast is included in the price of the room, because it was not included in ours, but it was easy to order and it was ready in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are clean, although there were minor nuances, some hair or crumbs somewhere. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning shortened our stay by only 1 night in this hotel.
