He said arr... read more Not good service in the restaurant. The man refused to explain the composition of the food and tell us about the dishes because he heard our accent! He said arrogantly that we wouldn't understand anyway. But I understand about 70% Serbian and the waiter didn't even try to help me. Maybe he was in a bad mood

The service was very unwelcoming. We got charged for the room as the hotel had a pool, but the pool was nowhere to be finished when we stayed there in June 2024... read more The service was very unwelcoming. We got charged for the room as the hotel had a pool, but the pool was nowhere to be finished when we stayed there in June 2024. Also, the AC unit was dripping water in the room over the radiator the first night we stayed there, so we switched it off not to flood the room, and had a terrible night sleep as it was very hot. When we informed them we had to wait for the morning (we had understanding for that), but not a word of apology ever came our way. The bathroom was not to the standard, it didn’t ventilate and the toilet brush was discussing and looked like it has never been changed. Even though they advertise as BnB, coffee was not included in the breakfast, and we had also to purchase juice for children’s breakfast, even though we had to boil the night before without AC. The breakfast is ordered from a menu and only deep fried options were available, no fruit to be seen anywhere. Terrible customer service and care
